Invitation only

A one hour webinar covering:

  • The role of digital registry management in engaging members and raising and managing capital in co-ops
  • Case studies from the Co-operative Farming pilot project and NZ co-ops.

Join experienced share registry provider Syndex and the BCCM for the launch of a new partnership aimed at supporting Australian CMEs member and share registry functions.

Detail

Co-ops and mutuals are increasingly large and complex organisations and require professional member reporting, communications, managing member registries and rebate/dividend distribution processes to engage and retain members. In addition, relying on paper-based administrative systems can be a barrier to liquidity in member investments and to raising new capital by way of shares, debentures or Co-operative Capital Units (CCUs).

Through the Co-operative Farming program, BCCM worked with software provider Syndex to pilot a registry solution that helps to take the ‘admin pain point’ away from the running of Australian agricultural co-operatives and pave the way for full utilisation of co-op securities. Syndex have worked with co-ops in New Zealand for a number of years and were able to tailor their offering to the Australian co-op context of Co-operatives National Law. Syndex is now pleased to bring a range of co-op informed digital registry solutions to the Australian CME sector.

There will be time for Q&A with Kate Hage and Jamie Hall from Syndex.

Please email the BCCM to attend this member webinar.
